The average cost per attendee at a WordCamp event is $500. In Kansas City, we run much more lean than that – largely in part to the amazing venue supplied by Johnson County Community College at no cost.
The price of a WordCamp KC ticket covers only a portion of the individual food and beverage cost of each attendee ~$35 per person, per day.
Single day tickets are not available. Partial tickets may not be transferred. Tickets grant access for Friday and Saturday for a single attendee. Even at $50 for one day of WordCamp KC, attendees are still getting a great conference at a great price. Also, the cost associated with each attendee is greater than $50/day.
Dates of Note:
- May 6th – Speaker lineup announced. View the WordCamp KC Schedule
- June 22nh – Cutoff date to get a WordCamp Kansas City t-shirt with your ticket purchase and to be able to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our final catering order is due. Don’t worry, though there are restaurants nearby to accommodate every diet. There are no ticket discounts for attendees who decide not to eat at WordCamp KC.
Refund Policy:
Ticket purchases will not be refunded. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee. Email us to transfer your ticket
